Cigar-store owner Tracy has a rich friend come over for dinner. He offers Tracy a business deal, but Tracy's wife, Clarke, says nothing doing. Tracy gets drunk and runs out of the house, only to get hit by a car. While knocked out, he dreams of what life might be like were he rich. The
comedy is simplistic but amiable and well told. What makes the story work is its good script, co-written by the talented Hecht. Some good, if light, laughs herein, and Tracy's not at all bad in the lead.
