Just another quickie blaxploitation feature that's long on violence and short on plot. Hayes (who also wrote the unusually unoriginal score) is a bounty hunter who, with partner Weeks, is after Harris, a notorious pimp. They kill him, then must face the wrath of Kotto, a bad gangster
who's hired to carry out revenge by Harris' girl friend, Nichols. It's strictly perfunctory filmmaking, a group of stock characters populating a mindless blood-and-guts action ride. Though the direction shows no flair for action sequences, the cast actually isn't bad. Kotto would later prove
himself in such films as BLUE COLLAR and ALIEN. Watch for a brief appearance by Beard, a former "Our Gang" kid now grown up and reduced to this mess.
