Estelita arrives from Cuba to become a singer at her uncle's nightclub. Trouble comes in the form of Withers, a gangster who wants to muscle in on the club and threatens Estelita. Hutton is a professor of criminology who helps the lass by posing as a gangster and all ends well. The film
is riddled with implausibilities and typical B-movie chases that serve as filler. Estelita performs three numbers including "My Lonely Heart and I" (Sammy Wilson, Arthur T. Horman), "I Want to be Kissed" (Wilson, Nestor Amaral), "What Should Happen to You" (Wilson), but never warbles the famed
song that shares this film's title.
