The title alone indicates that this is another HALLOWEEN rip-off. Yet again a loony-bin escapee seeks revenge against those who had him committed; this time, Malcolm (Peter Jason) seduces a nurse to gain passage out of the institution, donning her uniform as an outrageously silly disguise.
