Trenchcoat: Review

A haphazardly scripted pseudo-farce that barely holds together, TRENCHCOAT stars Margot Kidder as Mickey Raymond, an aspiring mystery novelist who takes a few weeks off her office job to churn out a story on the island of Malta. She gets more than she bargained for as she finds herself in the midst of the real thing, giving her plenty of material for her book. The film isn't very funny, and its attempts at Disney-style charm are nauseating. leave a comment
