As third generation horror-flick follow-ups often do, this entry into the TREMORS series ups the ante: More monsters, more special effects, more camp. Sadly, the sum total isn't more fun. It's been 11 years since Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) eliminated those Graboids — voracious, subterranean sand-worms — from his hometown, tiny Perfection, Nevada. Nowadays, he's a paramilitary folk hero who travels the world sharing his wisdom in the rarified field of subterranean creature control. Gummer maintains a high-tech facility at home, just in case those wormy pests re-emerge. But his neighbors see the Graboid phenomenon as Perfection's last best chance to cash in....
