One of Starrett's best westerns, this fast-moving effort by Leon Barsha was his first directorial credit after working as an editor. Starrett gets home just as his brother, shot by rustlers, is taking his last breath. Starrett takes after the killers and comes across rustler Middlemass,
who is faking paralysis below the waist. Starrett wants to get revenge on Middlemass but has second thoughts about it when he becomes involved with Stratford, his niece. Lots of flying fists and gunplay as Starrett gets his man and the girl after some heavy-duty thinking and fighting.
