There is plenty of action here, but Foran just walks through his part as a secret agent on assignment from President Lincoln. His assignment, should he accept it, is to put an end to the activities of a group of renegades. With guns firing and fists flying, Foran tracks them down in the
predictable finish and has enough time to romance dance-hall girl Stone along the way.
