Towing

This bad comedy tries to tell the story of how a Chicago towing operation stings unwitting visitors and then holds their cars for ransom. Here a couple of barmaids try to break up one such ring. In between tasteless sex jokes and just plain poor acting, the story wanders with no real direction. Opening shots get some laughs, showing how no vehicle, not even an ambulance or a television truck, can escape the tower's hook.
