A sadomasochistic war drama about a Nazi colonel who is sent to France to kill a Resistance leader. Along the way, Frenchwomen are whipped by a torture master, and the men who come to their aid are killed. Eventually the colonel kills his own secretary after suspecting her of collaborating
with the French. However, he is himself gunned down by a French Resistance fighter disguised as a Nazi.
