Wyman dealt the death blow to the "Torchy Blane" series, causing it to fizzle from the screen after going through three different Torchy's in a year-and-a-half's time. In the final entry, Wyman gains a gang moll's confidence by getting herself tossed in the slammer for an 11-month stretch. Her plan works and she is able to capture bank robber Marr after being led to him by his gal. leave a comment
