Set in 1893, THE TOPEKA TERROR tells the story of a greedy, manipulative land-grabber, Barcroft, who tries to buy up the developing Cherokee Strip during the homesteader era. Barcroft victimizes a number of honest, hard-working settlers by recording false claims in the names of his own henchmen.
