Dull adaptation of the play, "The Animal Kingdom," which had been filmed in 1932 by RKO. This version stars Sheridan as a leftist photographer who falls in love with a rich playboy, Morgan. When Sheridan refuses to put up with Morgan's wealth and carefree lifestyle, he turns to Smith. The two marry, but Morgan's heart still belongs to Sheridan, making for a dismal time for Smith.
