Movie fanatic Reynolds is left a million dollars by dying millionaire Kellaway. When her aspiring-writer husband finds out about the gift, he turns into a jerk and demands alimony when Reynolds seeks a divorce. More confusion ensues when Kellaway recovers and wants his money back.
Quirky, somewhat enjoyable comedy best remembered for the guest appearances of Humphrey Bogart, Errol Flynn, Dennis Morgan, Janis Paige, Eleanor Parker, and Alexis Smith as inhabitants of the cinematic fantasy world within Reynolds' mind.
