An unusual, fascinating low-budget western starring Foster as a middle-aged rancher who dreams of setting up a successful horse ranch in Texas. His much-younger wife, Stuart, begins to feel trapped in their relationship and questions her love for Foster. Her doubts are strengthened by Bishop, Foster's troublesome adopted son, who attempts to seduce his stepmother during the trio's obsessive search for a beautiful black-and-white wild stallion.
