An enjoyable and engaging tale, this follow-up to MY FRIEND FLICKA is every bit as entertaining as the original. Ken McLaughlin (Roddy McDowall, returning from the original film) is trying to break in Thunderhead, the title horse. The all-white colt is trained for racing, and Ken enters
him in competition. At a county race it appears Thunderhead is going to win when the horse suddenly pulls a tendon. Ken is content to restrict his use of Thunderhead to his father's ranch, but trouble brews when the albino horse who sired Thunderhead goes wild. That horse causes trouble for all
