Overwrought Bankhead vehicle set in the oil fields of Central America which sees our heroine as the bored wife of oil rigger Bickford. Bankhead loves Bickford's best pal Lukas, but the busy hubby doesn't realize it. When Bickford goes blind (a bit symbolic, eh?), Bankhead shifts her attentions to a third man, Forbes. Lukas, who has gotten fed up with Bankhead's fickle philandering, tells her to return to Bickford. Eventually Bankhead can no longer live with her indiscretions so she throws herself off a cliff. leave a comment
