Fascinating low budget film by Travis Milloy about a blonde, pony-tailed, wannbe criminal in Minneapolis named Joe Webster (Justin Pagel), who, with his loser buddies Danny (Scott Cooke) and Jake (Michael Egan), rob places but lose the cash during their poorly planned getaways. For Joe, it's not about the money it's about some sort of self-respect. So he muscles his way into the office of mob boss Sid Donnelly (Philip Ray) and boldly says that if Sid gives him a job, he won't regret it.
