Three Men And A Cradle

An engaging French comedy about three bachelors who find an abandoned baby at their door (a plot line direct from John Ford's THREE GODFATHERS). Though many of jokes are familiar and the outcome easily predictable, the picture scored an Oscar nomination as Best Foreign-Language Film (it lost to THE OFFICIAL STORY) and French Cesars for Best Picture, Best Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actor (Michel Boujenah).
