Brennan plays the captain of a schooner filled with trappers and traders bound for a fur-trapping expedition in Oregon. Those on board include Bruce, Frenchman John Carroll, Tone, and stowaway Carol Bruce. All the men vie for her affections during the two-year voyage, but she eventually
falls in love with Tone. The group survives several adventures during the voyage, and are attacked by Indians upon the ship's arrival. During the seige, Brennan is forced to blow up his ship as the others make their way to shore. Though the cast contains many well-known and interesting actors, the
