Thief

Frank (James Caan) is a professional thief, one of the best in the business, who wants to make one last big score so he can settle down with his girlfriend Jessie (Tuesday Weld). That desire gets him involved with vicious big-time mobster Leo (Robert Prosky) and the robbery of a high-security vault in Los Angeles, aided by his friend Barry (Jim Belushi). This was the first feature film for director Michael Mann (MANHUNTER, TV's "Miami Vice"), and it was a stunner.
