An interesting movie from first-time director Douglas Day Stewart. Mickey (Barbara Williams) and Ray Davis (John Getz) are a well-to-do San Francisco couple on the town celebrating their anniversary while Scott Muller (Steven Bauer), a professional thief with a sense of style and taste, is
robbing their home. During his foray Muller comes across Mickey's personal diaries after he has noticed a painting of her on the wall. He takes the journals home with him. When Mickey discovers their loss, she is understandably worried as they reveal her innermost thoughts and sexual fantasies.
