There's Magic In Music

Dull musical detailing the trials and tribulations of managing the famed National Music Camp for young artists. The camp, located in Interlochen, Michigan, is run by handsome crooner Jones. Young burlesque performer Foster is discovered by Jones and brought to the music camp. She rebels against the strict routine of the camp, but soon becomes a devotee. An unfavorable newspaper story scares away the backers of the camp and Foster gives a charity performance to help save it. Arias from Bizet's "Carmen," Gounod's "Faust," and Tovani's "Rienzi Overture," among others are performed.
