Russell is assigned to investigate some strange goings-on during a series of shrinking experiments in this fun-filled, English-dubbed movie from Italy. The people responsible are from the planet Delphos and are making miniaturized world leaders to be transported back to their home. Don't
fret, though--Russell saves civilization (in a wooden piece of acting). All the futuristic costumes are skintight for an unending display of muscles and curves.
