The Widow From Monte Carlo

Social climber Fazenda, at Monte Carlo on holiday, seeks to extort the friendship of glamorous widowed duchess Del Rio by purloining a compromising letter. Colin Clive is the impossibly snobbish English fiance whose marriage to Del Rio is threatened by the possible revelation of the contents of the missing missive. American thief Hymer is recruited to steal the letter back on behalf of his duchess "pal." All the while, suave suitor William never flags in his amorous pursuit of beautiful Del Rio.
