The Whole Shootin' Match

Perry and Davis are a pair of rural Texans, well into their 30s and still looking for their life's work. They've tried raising small animals, from frogs to chinchillas and flying squirrels. Now they want to go into the polyurethane business and are dead set on making a fortune from well-off hippies. Though technically this is not a great film, it is rich in characterizations and warmth. The duo are a charming team, giving portraits one can both laugh at and sympathize with.
