An overlong, between the wars tale about a gorgeous young woman, Eichhorn, who has an affair with the married York, only to become pregnant and lose him as well as the child. It is very cliched and excrutiatingly slowpaced. Eichhorn, who turned in a virtuoso performance in CUTTER'S WAY, does so here as well. leave a comment
