A tacky and far-fetched picture in which Mathews plays a suave insurance investigator who uses his supreme skill (not to be believed for a second) to bring about the demise of two notorious gangs involved in a drug war. His original goal was just to figure out why a bank was robbed.
Stylishly nauseating. French- and Spanish-language versions of the film were also produced. One song: "The Investigator" (Georges Garvarentz, Bill Martin, Philips Coulper, sung by Tony Allen).
