The Undertaker And His Pals

This gorey exploitation film has a sense of humor and pokes fun at the genre, but it's still pretty despicable. Dannis is an undertaker whose funeral home gives great deals to the families of people he and his pals have killed. The sickest joke in the film is about a woman whose leg is cut off and later served for dinner. The punch line is the woman's name--Miss Lamb. Get it? Leg of Lamb. The picture premiered--and predominantly played--in the sunny South, where splatter films seemed to be the rage.
