After her nephew is killed in a drug-hazed car crash, Palmer, a Santa Ana housewife, goes to the Orange County police and volunteers to assist in breaking a major drug ring. Atwater, the chief investigator, accepts the offer and soon Palmer infiltrates the dope dealers by becoming Lord's
