We know, we know: It's supposed to be stupid. But does it have to be this stupid? Based on the popular series of kiddie books, it's the saga of Stanley Stupid (Tom Arnold), the awe-inspiringly moronic scion of the dumbest family in America. Night after night, some fiend has been stealing his garbage right out of the can. Stanley suspects it's the work of criminal mastermind Mr. Sender -- the very same Mr. Sender who's been pilfering thousands of pieces of mail a day by having the post office mark them "Return to Sender."
