A novel story of a young Indian hitchhiker, Bedelia, who gets businessman Howard to drive her to her remote cabin. To make sure he stays in her company she lets the air out of his tires and breaks his leg, nursing him back to health with utmost tenderness. The girl displays her violent capabilities when a motorcyclist tries to rob them and winds up dead, but still she remains gentle to Howard. The pair have a bizarre relationship that would have been more believable if Bedelia and Howard had worked together with better rapport. leave a comment
