The Silent Witness

This independent feature shot on location in Denver features Reynolds as a police officer's widow. Her son, Shanley, is the local paperboy and best friends with another policeman's son, whose father (Coffin) is in love with Reynolds. She won't have anything to do with another policeman for a husband, however. A second plot line develops as Kennedy, playing a wrestler with a bad heart, steals a fur for his girl friend, Lane. She discovers the fur is stolen and is killed by Kennedy in an argument. Shanley sees the murder while delivering his papers.
