The Siege Of Sidney Street

A gang of Russian anarchists is holed up in London in 1911. They are headed by Wyngarde, a silent but utterly ruthless man who has the gang commit robbery and murder to finance its political activities. Berger is an orphaned young Russian girl, alone in the city. She sings at a club and meets Wyngarde there one night. Though attracted to him, she finds his murderous activities repugnant. Wyngarde justifies his gang's actions by claiming the group is fighting political oppression. Sinden is the police inspector after the gang.
