No sense in mincing words about this, THE SEX O'CLOCK NEWS is just plain bad. The film is a parody of an evening newscast, complete with a few jabs at local events, national stories, and even the "Entertainment Tonight" style of journalism. There are also some commercial spoofs and
previews of upcoming programs on the television station "KSEX" tossed in for good measure. With call letters like that, along with the film's sledgehammer subtle title, it's not too hard to figure out what the comic emphasis is here. Bared breasts, flatulence, and kinky encounters figure heavily
in the punchlines as the skits parade across the screen.
