This Robert Louis Stevenson-inspired tale stars Ney as a brave French prisoner of war who escapes a British prison camp and is accompanied by his English fiancee, Brown, as he makes his way back to Napoleon. Unnecessary subplots and an overly talky script bog down this swashbuckler.
