The Sea Gypsies

This satisfying family adventure was produced independently, with kids in mind. Ready to set sail for Jamaica, Logan and his two daughters anxiously await the arrival of a writer from the magazine that is partially financing the trip. When it turns out that the journalist is a beautiful woman, Travis is initially miffed, but eventually the two fall in love. Disaster strikes when the group--including an orphaned boy who has stowed away--is shipwrecked off the coast of Alaska, with a variety of animals, including a killer whale, some Kodiak bears, and a pack of wolves, threatening their existence.
