The Saint In Palm Springs

This was Sanders' last appearance as "The Saint" in one of the series' lesser entries. Three rare postage stamps are smuggled out of England, and Sanders is asked by his police friends to solve the mystery. Along the way he deals with three murders, a kidnap attempt, and a few attempts on his own life. Realizing the gangsters are tailing him from England to Palm Springs, Sanders gives them the slip and fights back in his usual suave, sophisticated manner. Barrie and Hale, two series vets, were back for this one, and Guilfoyle appears in a reprise of his role as "Pearly" Gates.
