Efficiently directed but colorlessly played, this crime thriller unspools like a made-for-TV cop movie, and its last-minute plot twists don't make up for the derivativeness that precedes them. Undercover police officer Terry Martin (Nick Moran) has been living on the edge ever since he insinuated himself into the criminal empire of Simon Bacig (Stephen Lang).
