The Phantom Thief

When some valuable gems are heisted, Morris, as reformed thief Boston Blackie, is hot on the trail. He follows the clues to a medium with shady methods and wraps up the case. Director Lederman began in films in 1913 as an extra in Mack Sennett comedies and later worked as Fatty Arbuckle's prop man. He started directing films in the 1920s and was responsible for several Rin Tin Tin features, serials, low-budget westerns, and action films.
