A terribly acted film with MacKellar and Linden battling to upstage each other in every scene. MacKellar is a washed up opera star and she blames it on her son, Linden. In an attempt to put her name back in the headlines and get revenge on her son, she accuses Linden of killing a man. During the trial, though, mother has a change of heart and things end happily with the real killer put behind bars. The film was a remake of the silent picture THE GOOSE WOMAN (1925). leave a comment
