The New Wave music and fashion movement of the 70s and 80s produced many seminal ideas, but unfortunately one of the most popular was that working artists didn't necessarily have to have talent. Such is the case with this film, a "punk melodrama" originally shown in serial form at Max's Kansas City, one of New York's best-known punk clubs. Shot on Super 8 film, the story is typical for the punk movement, a quirky tale of Young Turks involved with the kidnaped Adele Bertei and her father, Bill Rice.
