The overly imaginative Spin Evans (Jeremy Foley) aggravates his parents by accusing their neighbors, the Markhams, of being saboteurs. Meanwhile, socially backward Marty Markham (David Gallagher) begs his departing parents to take him along to Paris. Instead, his mother proposes a deal: Make one new friend and you can avoid vacationing at a dude ranch. Desperate, Marty curries Spin's favor despite disliking his boisterous activities.
