The Neanderthal Man

In this rather stiff effort, Shayne is a mad scientist who creates a serum that, when injected into humans, turns them into wild creatures. He turns his housekeeper into an ape-woman, his cat into a sabre-toothed tiger, and himself into a violent Neanderthal. This was director DuPont's first American effort, having been a critic and filmmaker in his native Germany.
