The Mating Game

This fun-filled farce stars Randall as a tax examiner out to investigate farmer Douglas and his wife Merkel. Upon his arrival, he discovers this couple has never paid taxes, nor do they use money. A typical transaction involves a ton of manure traded for some hogs which are swapped for a refrigerator, which in turn is traded in on an organ that ends up being a donation to the church. This confusing system, along with Douglas' conniving ways, causes Randall to quaff one too many. He's then enraptured with the lovely, earthy farm girl Reynolds and decides to help the family.
