A shabby documentary narrated by Orson Welles, about the life and predictions of 16th-century French psychic Michel de Nostredame (1503-1566), better known as Nostradamus. Despite its veneer of seriousness, this In Search Of...-style film is a hodge-podge of archival footage of personalities and events supposedly predicted in Nostradamus's cyptic, highly open-to-interpretation quatrains, along with recreations of scenes from the seer's turbulent life.
