The Last Grenade

Baker and Cord are mercenary comrades fighting in the Congo. Cord jumps sides and turns his guns on Baker's troops, wiping out most of them. The action continues in Hong Kong, where Baker has followed Cord to get revenge. Baker falls in love with Blackman, the wife of pompous general Attenborough, but she is killed in a car blown up by Cord. Baker finally gets his revenge when he kills Cord with a grenade, even as Baker lies dying himself. The script is flat, filled with predictable sequences and unrealistic dialog. The performers could do little to overcome these weaknesses.
