The Jazzband Five

A mishap lands Jenny Jugo a job with a group of musical acrobats, though she has little talent to warrant her hiring. After her first rehearsal, her inability is recognized by the entire group. A flustered Jugo then goes to drown her sorrows at a local pub, where she meets and takes a liking to Theo Shall. Her new love affair is almost ruined when she is wrongly named by Peter Lorre as an accomplice in the theft of Shall's auto, thus keeping suspicion from the real culprits. This confusion makes her late for a performance with the acrobats, but everything turns out all right when a quick replacement proves much better than Jugo, and Shall realizes she had no involv...
