Robert Story is a psychopathic killer who strangles a stripper and stashes her in the meat freezer. Investigating the crime is his twin brother (played by Robert's real-life twin, David), who hasn't a clue to his brother's murderous ways. Robert goes on killing beauties who give him the cold shoulder. When David catches on, he, too, is murdered. Robert, however, assumes his brother's identity, quits the police force, and returns to his ice-cold killings. This low-budget horror picture is plenty creepy. leave a comment
