Cheap sci-fi adventure starring the giant Kiel ("Jaws" in the James Bond movies) as an alien sent to Earth to make duplicates of all the world's leaders so that his planet can infiltrate and take over with ease. Luckily, government agents Nader and Nichols sort things out and turn a new
laser beam on the bad guy which destroys him and his minions. Pretty sad.
